Now, all three parts of metabolism is equal to calories. You must be active in order to burn calories if you do not burn calories, then you slow down your metabolism. You are also losing muscle tissue. Like they say if you do not use it, you lose it. Get physically active to save muscle tissue. Many people eat more than they think they have eaten, and the same is true of a exercise machine. People seem to over estimate the physical activity. Exercise machines also over estimate the true calories loss. But you can rest assured that you can maintain all weight loss. I have found three quick ways to maintaining your weight loss.
