Things like tar, formaldehyde, ammonia, and cyanide are ingredients you would not mix into a batter of cake or mix in with your marinade for the turkey, so why are you putting them into your lungs?

The instant that you quit smoking, your body will have a hard time transitioning and getting used to the fact that it won’t be fed that nicotine anymore. Plus, there is the addiction to the act of smoking, the hand-to-mouth action more specifically. With perseverance, determination, and willpower, you will soon see the positive results with your mind and body. Your hair, skin, and overall appearance will improve, but most importantly, your health will start to improve.
