This person can be there to support you and help you get through it so you do not give into temptation. This person can also be there to hold you accountable if you backslide back into smoking. These, of course, are just a few things you should keep in mind on your journey to a smoke free life. Remember, with the right amount of determination, you can have a smoke free life.
