An innovative less invasive surgery called Sinuplasty is considered to be far less distressing on the nasal tissue than traditional sinus surgery due to the fact there is no cutting involved.
Sinuplasty utilizes a thin balloon, much like a strong angioplasty balloon, in order to open the sinus passages and provide easier breathing and in most cases, helping to get rid of serious sinus headaches. Do doctors ever talk about balloon sinuplasty being used to treat snoring? I have seen stuff about it as a alternative to sinus surgery but a girlfriend said she might be a candidate as an alternative to other snoring remedies.
