You must also consider exercise. The easiest form of exercise is walking. Try to schedual a time to walk when you get up in the morning. This way you will have it out of the way for the day. This is a good way to get it in before unepected events occur and you do not get a chance to do it that day. Some other easy exercises are jumping rope and jumping jacks.
