The next thing you should do is talk to friends and family members who smoke and politely ask them to not smoke around you. Explain to them that this is so you are not tempted to smoke yourself. Then you should also find a friend or family member who either does not smoke, or has quit smoking to talk to whenever your cravings are too strong.
