You should consume protein, carbohydrates and even the fats because they are necessary for building the muscles. For you to grow the muscles, you need enough high quality food. According to the health professionals, one should eat enough dense foods with little or without sugar or fats. These are the kinds of food that one should take frequently for they provide energy and can cope with metabolic demands as well.
Another mistake is failing to cook for yourself. For one to be a professional body builder, he or she has to learn how to prepare food for himself. Cooking for yourself will give you a chance to prepare enough food that is best for your health such as food with low fats. Several individuals do not keep a nutritional log because they feel that it is so cumbersome though the ones who would like to succeed keep their daily records because it helps them to tally their nutritional progress. A lot of water in the body is very healthy though other body builders do not take enough water not knowing that water too can facilitate the growth of muscles in the body.
