The trick is to make a plan and follow it, stick with it for 2 weeks. It may be tough and annoying initially, but just hold on tight. If you do it straight and suck it up for 2 weeks, after, you will find it easy. You will want to continue, it will be fun, and it becomes a habit, like brushing your teeth. This system works, it’s simple. Your health will improve and your abs will start to show and you will gain more confidence.
